Nora Chinwe is a Los Angeles based Nigerian Director.

In 2020, Nora’s first film ‘Alkebulan: Viva Africa’ garnered recognition from film festivals across the globe, such as The Indie Short Fest, International short film festival Detmold, The Georgetown Short film festival and more. Shortly after attended the New York Film Academy Filmmaking program .

Nora has served on the jury panel for the International Short Film Festival in Detmold, Germany, being the first Nigerian female to be on the jury.

Born and raised in Nigeria, Nora’s mission is to bridge the gap between African and Western cultures, through visual art.
